Replacement and refund policy
- You can exchange or refund an item on condition that the invoice is present and that the Shoes/Bags must be in their original condition within 14 days.
- You can refund the Shoes/Bags within the allowed period but through one of our branches and not online, provided that there is a policy of shipping and purchase invoice.
- You can exchange the Shoes/Bags by shipping and Shipping charges are paid in full.
- The products during discounts and offers can not be returned can be only exchanged.
- Soiree products cannot be returned.

.يمكنك استرجاع المنتج في الفتره المسموح بها ولكن عن طريق احد فروعنا و ليس اونلاين بشرط وجود بوليصه الشحن و فاتوره الشراء
.يمكنك استبدال المنتج عن طريق الشحن ويتم دفع مصاريف الشحن بالكامل
.خلال فترة العروض او الخصومات لا يمكن استرجاع المنتج يمكن استبداله فقط
السواريه لا يمكن استبداله او استرجاعه
